Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2025

By booking an appointment with Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“the Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, quality service, and protection for both parties.

1. Booking & Appointment Policy

All services must be booked in advance via phone, text, email, or an official booking platform. A confirmation message will be sent upon securing your appointment. Clients are responsible for verifying all appointment details and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies. Clients must be present at the scheduled time or provide access to the vehicle. Delays exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice may result in rescheduling and/or a missed appointment fee. Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in denial of future service. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Vehicle Condition & Client Responsibilities

Clients must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle prior to service. If the vehicle is excessively soiled (including but not limited to heavy pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, trash, sand, or food waste), additional charges may apply based on the extra time and labour required. Clients will be notified before any additional charges are applied. Luxe & Luster reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents health or safety risks, including but not limited to infestations, biohazards, or hazardous materials.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care to protect your vehicle, Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing is not responsible for: pre-existing damage to interior surfaces, fabrics, electronics, or trim; malfunctioning parts unrelated to our services (e.g., worn seals, damaged buttons, aging upholstery); loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. All services are performed using professional-grade products, tools, and techniques, including steam cleaners, extractors, and industry-approved cleaning chemicals. Clients must inform us of any material sensitivities, prior damage, or concerns before service begins.

5. Photo Documentation

Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing may take before and after photos of the vehicle for documentation, quality control, and promotional purposes. These photos may be used on social media, marketing materials, or our website. Personal identifying information such as license plates will not be displayed without permission. Photos may also be used as documentation in the event of a dispute regarding vehicle condition or service results.

6. Stain & Odor Removal Disclaimer

While Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing uses professional techniques and products to achieve the best possible results, some stains, discoloration, odors, and damage may be permanent due to the nature of the material or how long the contamination has been present.

Examples include but are not limited to:
• Dye transfer from clothing
• Deep-set food or beverage stains
• Mold or mildew staining
• Chemical damage or discoloration
• Pet urine contamination
• Burns, tears, or fabric deterioration

Although we make every reasonable effort to improve the condition of your vehicle’s interior, complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

By booking a service, the Client acknowledges that detailing is a cleaning and restoration service, not a repair or replacement service, and understands that results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through touch-ups or corrections where appropriate. After 24 hours, any requests will be reviewed at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

8. Payment Terms

Invoices issued prior to service are estimates only. Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition or additional services required. Final payment is collected after service completion once both the Client and Luxe & Luster confirm that the work meets the agreed-upon standard. Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:
• Cash
• E-Transfer
• Other methods communicated during booking

Failure to complete payment may result in additional fees or denial of future services.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Client agrees to contact Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using service records, invoices, photos, and communication history.

10. Weather & Environmental Conditions

For mobile services, weather conditions may impact our ability to perform certain services. In cases of rain, extreme heat, or freezing conditions, Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing may reschedule appointments to ensure service quality and safety. If indoor space or shelter is available, clients are encouraged to inform us ahead of time.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including but not limited to: Unsafe working conditions; Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour; Violation of these Terms & Conditions. Harassment or abusive behaviour toward staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

12. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected, including name, contact information, and vehicle details, is used strictly for communication and service-related purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties.

13. Agreement

By confirming your appointment with Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request.

Payment of any invoice or deposit confirms acceptance of Luxe & Luster Interior Detailing’s Terms & Conditions.
